Do you ship internationally?
We ship to AU and NZ at the moment. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping if orders are over $50. You’ll see the exact cost before you confirm the order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the returns policy?
We accept returns only if items arrive damaged or faulty. Return items must be in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in resaleable condition. To start a return, contact our team through pawtopianz@gmail.com with your order number and faulty product detail photos.
Can I exchange for a different size/colour?
Yes, we offer size exchanges on unworn items within 14 days. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s cost unless the original item was faulty. Please contact our team through pawtopianz@gmail.com to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.
Size Guide
How do I find the right size for my cat or dog?
We recommend measuring your pet’s chest girth (the widest point behind the front legs) and neck circumference before ordering. Each product page provides specific measurements for every size. When in doubt between two sizes, size up for comfort.
